About MutePoint & Contact
MutePoint treats Microsoft Teams audio the way a good IT desk would: documented, versioned, and honest about what policy controls versus what users can fix. The site's vantage is years of corporate tenant administration — the tickets, the policy locks, the classic-vs-new client drift — turned into fixes ordinary users can run without a help-desk queue.
Verification approach
Setting paths are checked against Microsoft's current Teams documentation before publishing; each article's prerequisites strip carries the verification date and notes classic-client differences where they exist. Teams ships changes constantly — dated pages are the only honest kind.
Contact
{CONTACT_EMAIL_S2} — changed paths, policy behaviours we've missed, and tenant quirks are all welcome. Include client version (… → Settings → About) and whether your org runs new or classic.
Funding
Some pages carry affiliate links via /go/ routes, disclosed in place and detailed in the policies page.
