Change advisory log

Teams changes weekly and tells almost nobody. This log is run the way a competent IT desk runs change advisories: when a client update moves an audio setting, alters suppression behaviour, or shifts what tenant policy controls, the change lands here with a date and a link to the affected guide.

Queued for the first entries: the current state of new-versus-classic client audio drift · which suppression behaviours policy can lock, verified per admin center · what the latest client updates did to Settings → Devices.
